Cropley House is a perfect professional and charming setting for any corporate event. Offering a combination of high ceilings, chandeliers and stunning grounds it allows for a diverse range of conferences and corporate events. The Sydney heritage listed mansion is Hills’ based, holding plenty of history and has been restored recently to its original beauty. Whether it be the classic Victoria or Elizabeth room for a larger corporate function, or a space upstairs in our Cropley or View Rooms looking over the beautiful gardens, as a smaller conference room, Cropley House will be able to provide the best care of our guests for a range of corporate events. Our team will take care of your every need, using the best quality onsite catering as well as allowing your attendees to enjoy the professional and charming environment. We are able to offer various packages for any need and the venue is able to host grand luncheons, dinners, conferences and seminars with break-out rooms, both small and large.

Yes, Cropley House has 142 onsite parking spaces available for your guests including 4 disabled parking spaces.

Yes, we can hold simultaneous functions. We stagger arrival times so guests don’t have any impact on each other.

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible with a ramp from the disabled parking to the entrance, a lift for access to the mezzanine and top floors and special access bathrooms.

Access is guaranteed from 1 ½ hours prior to your function start time. If an earlier bump in time can be accommodated, this will be confirmed 2 weeks prior the function date.

All items need to be removed at the end of the wedding so the suppliers are required to return on the night and pack down their items.

Our centrepiece is a hurricane vase with rock salt and a white pillar candle.

Yes, you are welcome to provide additional candles provided there are no naked flames. Candles or tealights must be enclosed in a vase or tealight holder to stop wax from dripping onto the tablecloths.

Cropley House can provide either rectangular or round tables for your event. Please note the number of guest you have can impact the best set up for your wedding reception. Please discuss this further with your wedding coordinator.

Our standard chairs are white tiffany chairs.

Yes of course; please send through a list of your guests name, table number and requirement and we liaise with Chef to ensure the guest/s receive a meal that is suitable.

We don’t host menu tastings however every few months we hold Open Day’s where drinks and canapes are served. This is a great opportunity to see the venue set and get an idea of the quality of food you can look forward to at your wedding.

A: You are welcome to source your own band. Due to noise regulations they must work with the venue manager to ensure noise level are not exceeded. They will need to provide the venue with a copy of their public liability insurance.

Due to the historical nature of the venue, naked flames and fireworks are not permitted within Cropley House. You are welcome to arrange electric sparkler jets and dry ice through a specific supplier – please contact your wedding planner for these details.

Please note no confetti is permitted within the venue.

We have a projection screen, projector, microphone and lectern available for use. Additional AV services can be arranged through external suppliers.

We would love to tailor to suit – previous floor plans include theatre style, cabaret, cocktail and exhibition.
