Cropley House is the perfect venue to host School Formals and Events. Holding safe and successful formals at our venues is our priority. During school formal events, we have a team of security monitoring behaviour as well as entrances in and out of the event.

Yes, Cropley House has 142 onsite parking spaces available for your guests including 4 disabled parking spaces.

Yes, we can hold simultaneous functions. We stagger arrival times so guests don’t have any impact on each other.

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible with a ramp from the disabled parking to the entrance, a lift for access to the mezzanine and top floors and special access bathrooms.

Access is guaranteed from 1 ½ hours prior to your function start time. If an earlier bump in time can be accommodated, this will be confirmed 2 weeks prior the function date.

All items need to be removed at the end of the wedding so the suppliers are required to return on the night and pack down their items.

Our centrepiece is a hurricane vase with rock salt and a white pillar candle.

Yes, you are welcome to provide additional candles provided there are no naked flames. Candles or tealights must be enclosed in a vase or tealight holder to stop wax from dripping onto the tablecloths.

Cropley House can provide either rectangular or round tables for your event. Please note the number of guest you have can impact the best set up for your wedding reception. Please discuss this further with your wedding coordinator.

Our standard chairs are white tiffany chairs.

Yes of course; please send through a list of your guests name, table number and requirement and we liaise with Chef to ensure the guest/s receive a meal that is suitable.

A: You are welcome to source your own band. Due to noise regulations they must work with the venue manager to ensure noise level are not exceeded. They will need to provide the venue with a copy of their public liability insurance.

We have a projection screen, projector, microphone and lectern available for use. Additional AV services can be arranged through external suppliers.

We would love to tailor to suit – previous floor plans include theatre style, cabaret, cocktail and exhibition.
